Sadly the decision has been taken by the Consulates-General of Australia and New Zealand not to arrange a public ANZAC DAY Service on the 25th April at the Commonwealth War Graves’ Cemetery in Vevey. This is owing to the rules on group gatherings and the health risks still posed by COVID-19.

They do intend for a representative each from Australia and New Zealand to continue the custom of laying a wreath at St. Martin’s Cemetery to pay respects but unfortunately they are still unable to support public attendance. Photographs of their visit on the 25th April will be placed on their website and social media accounts.
