Church Car Park Safety
At the end of the 10h30 service the combination of cars leaving the Car Park and children playing outside, is a dangerous recipe. On behalf of the Church Council could we ask parents to be aware of the whereabouts of their children during coffee time and if at all possible to ensure that they are not playing in the church grounds unsupervised.
The Church Council appreciates your support as we aim to ensure that the Church remains a safe and secure environment for all.

Father’s Heart Course
Continues Sunday 4th February at 19h00, Church Hall
As men and women, many of us struggle with the same issues over and over again. Many of us struggle to experience the reality of our Heavenly Father’s love. Sometimes the truth in our heads fails to impact our hearts. The Father’s Heart Course is aimed to help you experience the depths of God’s love for you and to equip you to get rid of the things that stop you from daily walking in this truth. Some of the topics covered will be, How do I experience God’s love for me? How can I forgive? Why do I struggle to overcome sin in my life? How can the Holy Spirit be my Counselor? The Course is for both men and women and will be led by Maxine Vorster and Pat Household.

Rota (Feb to May)
The Rota is being prepared for Feb to May 2012. It is on display downstairs in the Church Hall or has been emailed to you. Please do consider serving the church by volunteering for one or more duties. Help/training can be given if required.

Family Directory 2012
A new Family Directory is being produced for 2012. The FD contains the names and contact details of individuals and families who call All Saints their spiritual home. It is currently on display downstairs in the Church Hall. Please take a few minutes to correct, add or subtract as is necessary. Thank you for your help!

An Great Investment Opportunity
There is a great opportunity available that offers the possibility of seeing amazing returns. “Climbers”, our ministry among 4-6 year olds and “Explorers”, our ministry among 7-10 year olds, wants to offer four people the opportunity to invest in the lives of our young people. The role is a non teaching role and requires limited preparation beforehand. Essentially as a “Helper”, you would be present to support the teacher and the children as they learn and experience more about what it means to follow Jesus. The role of Helper would require you to be available once a month and we need help on these specific dates:
15th January (1 helper), 22nd January (1 helpers), 29th January (1 helper)
12th February (1 helper), 19th February (1 helper), 26th February (1 helper)
11th March (2 helpers)
Please speak to Andrea Bruce (swissfamilybruce@yahoo.co.uk)

Project Compassion - Romania
Last year, Emilie Moser accompanied a group of teenagers to Albania for a service project called Project Compassion. Next April, a group of teens hopes to take part in Project Compassion 2012 and serve a local charity called Networks, that is based in Romania and ministers to gypsy communities, street children and rural Romanians. To make this possible, we need volunteers (1 adult for every 7 teens) to serve as cabin leaders. If we cannot find any other leaders, we will not be able to participate. There is also a need for skilled or unskilled construction volunteers and medical personnel. The dates are March 30-April 8. For more info, please contact Emilie at emoser@swissmail.org or 021/921 64 15.
