Tuesday 31st October marks the 500th anniversary of the beginning of The Reformation when Martin Luther published his famous Ninety-Five Theses. To mark this significant moment in Church history, we are going to look at Luther’s favourite New Testament letter, Paul’s Letter to the Galatians, which has been described as a “lion turned loose in the arena of Christianity.” Hold onto your hats as we allow this remarkable letter to speak to us of the remarkable grace of our Heavenly Father who accepts us before we perform and does not expect us to perform before he accepts us and how this amazing grace radically shapes the nationalism of our day and the identity politics of the West.
